6 Bean Italian Style Soup
SHOPPING LIST:
1 – 14.5 oz can stewed or
diced tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
8-10 cups water
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot, sauté onions in
olive oil until tender. Add
contents of soup package and
the included spice packet, water
and tomatoes; bring the mixture
to a boil. Cover and continue to
for approximately 1 hour or until beans and lentils have reached
the desired tenderness. Add
more water if necessary. Salt to taste.
